Products to treat Ringworm

As ring worm is a fungal infection, not a rash caused by worms as the name suggests, you’ll need to use an anti-fungal treatment to get rid of the infection. Canesten antifungal treatments are easy to apply and relieve your uncomfortable symptoms.

Canesten® Cream

A soothing and effective treatment which treats ring worm. It contains an antifungal that works at the root of the problem. It contains Clotrimazole and is available in 10g and 20g.

Canesten® Plus Cream

Canesten® Plus cream is a dual-action treatment that contains Clotrimazole and Hydrocortisone. This can be applied directly onto affected area, providing fast* relief from athlete’s foot with symptoms like redness, itch and inflammation. Canesten® Plus cream is recommended for severe athelete’s foot with inflammation and treatment should not exceed 7 days. After 7 days, treatment should be continued with Canesten® cream.

Remember: like any medication, always complete the full course of treatment.
